Doritos Taco Bake

I was actually going to make this "skinny" but,
my Wal-Mart sucks and didn't have what I needed to do so.
So, this is the unskinny version.
If you personally would like it skinny click here.

I was so excited about this.
I knew my husband was going to love it and I was almost sure I was going to as well.
Total bummer for me, it was too spicy for my palate
I told my husband that I wanted to change some thing in it.
He doesn't want me to.
So, I guess I'll be making this in half versions next time
and update you on what I did to mine.

 Adapted From: Plain Chicken

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 8 oz Rotel
  • 8 oz sour cream

  3. Stir in your taco seasoning and Rotel, simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Press your crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9x13" pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Press seams to seal.
  5. Top your crescent rolls w/ your meat mixture.
  6. Spread your sour cream over your meat.
  7. Top with cheese and crushed Doritos
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
