Sticky Buns

Oh my sticky fingers! This was one heck of a good Pinterest find! I just found it last night and knew I had to try it out even though I don't own a fluted pan. I know what kind of cook/baker doesn't own a fluted pan? This one doesn't!

Now, on to the gooey, sticky good stuff....

Nothing much to say about these, you just need to try them for yourself! They are oh so good and sure to be a hit at your house, especially with your kiddos!

Adapted from: The Jones Way

Ingredients
  • 2 small biscuit cans (I used all but 3 of them)
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 C. pancake syrup
  • 1/3 C. packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 375 and spray the bottom of a 9" round cake pan. Combine the butter and syrup in a small bowl & set aside. In another bowl, combine the sugar & cinnamon. Pour half of your syrup mixture in the bottom of your pan, then sprinkle half of the sugar mixture on top. Place the biscuits on top of the sticky mixture (place them as close as you can get them), then top with the remaining syrup and sugar mixtures. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Let them cool for a minute then invert onto a serving platter (or in my case just a regular plate!).

HAPPY EATS! :)
